Introducing Roundtable Forms

Forms are one of the primary ways government programs coordinate work across agencies and organizations. Forms keep programs accountable, collect feedback from the field, track compliance, and give leaders the information they need to make decisions.

But collecting that information is painful, and putting it to work is even harder. Recipient lists are scattered across spreadsheets and inboxes, partners have to re-enter the same details for every form, and submissions land in a CSV, isolated from the people and workflows they’re needed by. Today we’re introducing Roundtable Forms to give public servants one place to collect, manage, and act on data from across their network.
