Introducing Roundtable Forms

Collect, manage, and act on data from across your network — keeping forms and follow-through all in one place.

Article Summary

  • Government operations run on forms. Every roster update, volunteer intake, and feedback survey helps agencies coordinate work across organizations. But the tools used to collect data are often disconnected from the work they're meant to support.
  • Today we’re introducing Roundtable Forms: a fast and easy way for government teams to collect, manage, and act on information from across their network, all in the same platform where collaboration is already happening.
  • For public servants, this means higher response rates, less admin work, and information that’s connected to the people, organizations, and projects that depend on it.
  • Forms are one of the primary ways government programs coordinate work across agencies and organizations. Forms keep programs accountable, collect feedback from the field, track compliance, and give leaders the information they need to make decisions.

But collecting that information is painful, and putting it to work is even harder. Recipient lists are scattered across spreadsheets and inboxes, partners have to re-enter the same details for every form, and submissions land in a CSV, isolated from the people and workflows they’re needed by. Collecting information becomes its own project, and valuable input from the field gets delayed or lost entirely.

Today we’re introducing Roundtable Forms to give public servants one place to collect, manage, and act on data from across their network.

    Where Forms meet follow-through

Rather than another standalone forms tool, Roundtable Forms is lightweight and connected to the people, resources, and workflows that matter. With Roundtable Forms, government teams can:

    • Reach the right people, automatically. Forms are sent to the right audience using the networks you’ve already built in Roundtable, in the channels they already use, with reminders and previews — no more list-building and chasing down people over email.
    • Reduce submission fatigue. Forms arrive pre-filled with identity information and show respondents their submission history, cutting submission time and improving response rates.
    • Turn responses into action. Submissions become part of your system of record, connected to people, organizations, and projects already inside Roundtable.
    • Stay organized and audit-ready. Every submission is recorded and accessible in Roundtable, a SOC 2-certified platform built on AWS GovCloud, giving agencies a reliable foundation for reporting, compliance, and future reference.

Connecting the front lines to the front office

Across emergency management, public health, veterans services, and beyond, government leaders depend on accurate, timely input from partners, local staff, and practitioners in the field — not data collection for its own sake, but to get the work right.

Public servants are already using Roundtable Forms to work across their networks faster and more effectively:

    • Veterans Services Officers are using Forms to quickly check bed availability across shelters.
    • Emergency management professionals are using Forms to centralize volunteer and partner intake across statewide operations.
    • Public health agencies are using Roundtable Forms to track supply levels across counties in their state.

With Roundtable Forms, critical information quickly becomes part of the shared operational picture that helps teams coordinate what happens next.

"Being able to create a Roundtable Form and send reminder notifications with just a couple of clicks significantly streamlined the entire process and made coordination exceptionally easy."

A single platform for critical government work

Forms is Roundtable's newest capability, strengthening the platform's ability to support the workflows that matter most in government operations.

Our Workspaces help agencies coordinate across organizations, Communications keep partners informed, Knowledge Base preserves institutional expertise, while Contacts Management provides a shared network of people and organizations.

And now Forms lets agencies capture structured information from across that network.

Together, they give public servants a single place to coordinate work instead of stitching together disconnected tools, spreadsheets, and email threads.

Roundtable Forms is coming soon to all Roundtable customers. Reach out to our Deployments team to request access.
