The redesigned homepage gives you a real-time snapshot of what's new across your spaces—announcements, discussions, events, and resources—all in one place.

Faster, easier member management

It’s now much easier to manage people across multiple spaces with a unified member view, quick approvals, and better invite tracking. You can bulk invite members, edit details via a new side panel, resend or revoke invites, and even export lists—saving time and giving you more control over your spaces.

Integrate with Slack

Roundtable now connects with Slack, so discussions and announcements show up directly in the channels your team already uses, keeping everyone in the loop in real-time.

Schedule posts

You can now schedule posts to go live at a future date and time—making it easier to plan ahead, coordinate with key moments like events or deadlines, and maintain a consistent flow of communication without needing to be online at the exact time.

  • 🗂️ Bulk resource upload + AI labeling: Upload multiple files at once to the resource library, with AI auto-generating titles, descriptions, and tags to streamline organization and save time.
  • ⭐️ Favorite spaces: Pin your most important spaces to the top of your sidebar and homepage for quick access.
  • 📊 Export poll results: Poll results can be exported to CSV by poll creators and space managers, making it easy to analyze responses in a spreadsheet or share results externally.
  • 🏷️ Tag management: Space managers can view, rename, merge, delete, and add tags from a new Tags page in the Admin tab—making it easier to clean up duplicates, standardize content, and keep things organized.
